Last updated: May 10, 2026

Welcome to Sunlight IT Web Solutions Private Limited (“Sunlight IT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at sunlightit.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Sunlight IT provides web design, web development, digital marketing, SEO, CRM software development, eCommerce development, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement between Sunlight IT and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely and accurate content, feedback, approvals, and access credentials necessary for project completion. Delays caused by late client responses may affect project timelines.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. Typically, projects require an advance payment before work begins, with milestone-based payments thereafter. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final website, design files, and custom code developed specifically for their project. Sunlight IT retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, tools, and reusable components. Third-party plugins, themes, and software remain governed by their respective licences.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, login credentials, marketing strategies, and technical architecture details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sunlight IT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Warranty

We provide a warranty period (as specified in the project agreement) during which we fix bugs and issues at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover issues caused by third-party modifications, hosting failures, or client-side changes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
